Acceptable Use Policy
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services in any manner that (a) is unlawful, harmful, or disrupts the operation of CyberLign’s or any other carrier’s, vendor’s, or individual’s networks or systems, (b) infringes upon intellectual property rights, (c) results in the publication of threatening or offensive materials, (d) involves the distribution of obscene, defamatory, harassing, or libelous content, (e) violates export control regulations, (f) is harmful to minors, or (g) promotes conduct that could be deemed a criminal offense, lead to civil liability, or violate any applicable laws.
Additionally, you may not: (i) use an internet protocol (“IP”) address other than the one assigned to you by CyberLign, (ii) violate the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (or any other email-related regulations), (iii) resell or redistribute the Services to unauthorized third parties, (iv) collect or store personal data about other users through the Services, (v) interfere with another person’s ability to use the Internet, including by distributing malicious software such as viruses, worms, trojans, botnets, or other harmful elements, (vi) transmit excessive amounts of data that could degrade service performance, whether intentionally or not, (vii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or violate the security of CyberLign’s or any other entity’s network, devices, or data, (viii) use the Services for unauthorized data scraping or AI training, (ix) engage in activities that could expose CyberLign to legal liability, or (x) violate any other CyberLign policies or guidelines. Users are also prohibited from assisting others in violating these terms. CyberLign will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred.
2. User Content
You are solely responsible for all activity and content originating from your assigned IP address. CyberLign reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any content it deems illegal, offensive, indecent, or otherwise inappropriate at its sole discretion. While CyberLign has no obligation to monitor content, it reserves the right to do so periodically to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws.
3. Servers
Unless you are a non-residential customer or have explicit authorization from CyberLign, you may not operate servers, server-like equipment, or any other software that provides server functionality in connection with the Service.
4. Misuse of Services
You may be held accountable for any misuse or abuse of the Service associated with your account or IP address, regardless of whether such use was intentional, accidental, or the result of unauthorized third-party activity.
5. Security
You are responsible for securing any device connected to the Service, including keeping software and hardware up to date with necessary patches. You must implement appropriate security measures to protect against threats such as viruses, spam, and botnets. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining the security of any wireless networks associated with the Service. Unsecured wireless networks are strictly prohibited, and CyberLign may notify you if an unsecured network is detected.
6. Security Violations
You may not use the Service to attempt to breach the security of another user, organization, or system. Unauthorized access, hacking, or probing network vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. The use or distribution of tools designed to compromise security, such as password-cracking programs or network sniffing tools, is also forbidden.
7. Email
The Service may not be used for sending bulk, commercial, or unsolicited email (“spam”). Any unsolicited emails must not direct recipients to any CyberLign-hosted website or resource. Additionally, CyberLign prohibits mail bombing, header forgery, and any other action that could misrepresent or imply an association with CyberLign.
If your Service is terminated, all associated email addresses and data may be released and deleted without obligation for retrieval.
8. Data Usage, Storage & Limitations
CyberLign offers different Service packages with varying speeds, features, and data limits. You must comply with the restrictions associated with your selected package.
9. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
In accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512), CyberLign has a policy for addressing copyright infringement claims. If a valid infringement notification is received, CyberLign will remove or disable access to the identified content and notify the user. Repeat infringements may result in Service termination. Misrepresentation of copyright claims may result in liability.

10. Monitoring
CyberLign reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor network traffic and content transmitted through its Services. By using the Services, you consent to such monitoring as necessary to ensure compliance.
11. Enforcement & Notice
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in actions ranging from warnings to service suspension or termination. CyberLign reserves the right to take immediate action, without prior notice, in cases where conduct (a) exposes CyberLign to legal risk, (b) disrupts CyberLign’s network integrity, (c) interferes with another user’s service, (d) violates applicable laws, or (e) poses an imminent threat to CyberLign or its users.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CyberLign and its affiliates, suppliers, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of this Policy or any misuse of the Services. Your indemnification obligations survive the termination of your Service.
